Supporting Information Required
After meeting with our representative you will have a better understanding of both the products on offer as well as the services we deliver. They will ask you for a number of documents in order to process your application. To assist you we have listed the basic ones below however as every loan we structure is slightly different and so are your individual circumstances, we may need further information.
Your consultant will be able to give you a full list but if you can have the below handy when they visit it will assist.
Income Evidence
Two most recent consecutive pay slips if PAYG or letter of employment on letterhead
Most recent payment summary (Group Certificate)
Investment income - lease, rent appraisal or evidence of receipt of rental income
Self-employed - the last two years' personal and business tax returns
Statements
Statements for the last six months of any existing home loans or personal loans
Statements for the last six months if a credit card is being refinanced
Most recent statement if credit card is NOT being refinanced
Purchase (includes first home buyers)
Evidence to show your savings history (statements)
Evidence of term deposits, shares and other investments (statements, certificates, etc.)
Copy of the sale contract for the property being purchased
Identification
Rates notice for each property currently owned
ID documents equivalent to 100 pts (passport, drivers licence, medicare)
Construction Loans
Copy of builders fixed price tender (including all specifications)
Copy of council approved plans

Your Consultant may need to see the original documents
Your Consultant will let you know if you need any additional information or documentation for your loan
