From the very beginning with our refinance through Sample and Partners we were very conservative with our spending which gave our mortgage a good kick in the back side!
We use the expense card for just about everything, the only time we don't use it is when it is not accepted. By using the product it is now easy to budget as we see the expenses being swept clear at the end of every month.

To this day I still use the budgeting sheets which your consultant left with us. This has really helped us with our finances and moreover staying within budget.
I guess you could say that our consultant set us off on the “right track” and provided us with the tools we needed to make our refinance a success.
We do have big goals and so far we have managed to purchase 2 new vehicles through our bank. We also plan to carry out big renovations to the house these include converting the garage into another room and building both a new shed and garage.

I guess the biggest benefit that we have experienced since refinancing has been the fact that we don't have to always find cash!
We use the facility in a way that we can draw down on funds available and when we have the extra funds we put them straight back into the facility. Basically when we have the funds we are disciplined with our budget to always throw them back into the facility to work for us.

We recently requested additional funds from our refinance to carry out renovations and painting which we will be working on in due course.
Our biggest achievement with the refinance has been our purchase of an investment property which we went in to with friends. Our facility gave us the leverage to carry out this investment as well as buying a car.
Initially I found that the facility takes a bit of practice where you just have to know how to use it. Basically we just use the expense card as much as we possibly can. Which really is the best way to work the set up.

I will state that prior to Sample and Partners visiting us and explaining the process and product in detail. I was a little sceptical about a line of credit. So you could say when Samples came out to see us, we were aware of the concept and product.
Our consultant gave us a great presentation of exactly how a line of credit works and how to use the product effectively. He gave is some achievable goals to think of and I am proud to say that we are ticking away at the list of goals that we have in mind when refinancing.
We've bought a new car refurbished the entire house and have helped out with a family wedding. All this without having to go to the bank and ask for a personal loan. The product is so flexible with the funds always available. Our ultimate goal is to get into an investment property.

Since refinancing we have had the opportunity to put in a pool and carry out well needed painting and decorating to our house.

Our refinance is going great! The product advised to us from Sample and Partners has given us financial flexibility far greater than our previous traditional loan.

I must admit that initially the set up did take some time to get used to as we did have to change our banking practice. But, now that I have been in the mortgage reduction program I really can see the results and I now see the concept.

I think it's important to realize that to really work the facility one has to be very disciplined this is due to the fact that with a Line of Credit one could get into financial difficulties due to overspending.
My husband and I have achieved success with our refinance by following Sample and Partners advice and disciplined spending as a result we have significantly reduced our mortgage. The facility initially enabled us to refinance a rental property and carry out renovations on our home.
Without a doubt the facility has worked, however it's not magic, you must remain disciplined and strong willed with your spending. The old saying of “don't spend more than you earn” is critical to gain the most out of the product.

Since being placed into my Adelaide Bank facility I have reduced my mortgage quite well. I was put into this mortgage and advised that it is the best way to pay off your mortgage.
I work the product by utilizing the expense card for my living expenses. My limit is high but works well for all of my expenses. I've been able to buy a car and even do renovations for my house. Quite frankly I cannot see a better way to pay off my mortgage any quicker.

At the time that we signed our refinance through Sample and Partners my wife and I were both students. As a result we signed up with a Lo-Doc loan. Our su8ccess with this facility despite the higher interest rate has been great and it is working very well for us.

We have used the setup to enable us to take a family holiday, and to commence on renovations. We've had our floors sanded and polished in the lounge room which makes our lovely home look warm and cozy. We have also put in a fire place which complements our older style home.

Sole income and self-employed - we were literally laughed at when trying to get a home loan. Eventually a lender helped us purchase our home. However, as time went on, every statement we received seemed to show us not making any progress at all.
Thank goodness for the call from Sample & Partners. Initially skeptical of how it would work, we even found that over a period of 18months we had paid off more than we had paid off in 6 years on our old loan!! I have used the expense card for everything and I've really been working the system to the best we can to achieve the maximum benefits from the refinance set up.
Since our refinance we have done some great work to the house including putting in a Pergola which looks fantastic. We recently bought a car and have used the system to pay for a trip away.

Since refinancing in 2002 we really haven't reduced our mortgage much.
However due to the flexibility of the product we have been able to carry out a well needed home improvement extension including a beautiful glass room where we have our spa. Additionally, we have been able to pay for our son's wedding, bought a new car and managed to pay for a memorable holiday to Tasmania to celebrate our 25 th Wedding Anniversary!

Yes, my refinance really has been fantastic and the whole concept of putting everything on the expense card really works! My budget is now in order and I now have a clear picture of how my finances are.
As per my consultants advice I simply put everything on the expense card which is cleared and paid off at the end of the month. To be honest, I don't know how I could exist without my refinance product because prior to Sample and Partners my budget was in such a mess.

Our refinance has brought us a good quality of life with no worries financially.
We just extended our loan as we went on a family holiday to Japan . To be honest we haven't paid off as much as we have wanted on our mortgage to date but this is due to the fact that we have just had our second child and we are now back to one wage.
Despite our current situation we still find that our lifestyle has not taken a beating and we are still staying on top of the mortgage!
The product works so well as our money goes straight on the mortgage and we can really see that it is working. We find that we have no worries about the mortgage getting paid compared to some of my friends who have traditional loans.

Refinancing through Sample and Partners has been great and we have had no problems at all with the product or process of how to effectively use the product.
We have conducted some substantial renovations to our house and Citibank helped us with additional funds to carry out this project.
Without a doubt we are so much better off now than how we would be if we had stayed with our traditional lender. With all the work we have done no renovations we still have managed to reduce our mortgage. This simply would not have happened in our previous traditionally structured set up.
Our Sample and Partners consultant was very helpful for us and we are so thrilled to have achieved such great results so far. Our house looks fantastic and our mortgage is looking very healthy.
